Cancellations

If a cancellation is necessary you are required to notify us at least 24hours in advance of your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse refund of the deposit for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.

Health & safety

To ensure the health & safety of all our learners, visitors, clients and tutors students are not permitted to use any products or equipment that they have not been trained in or to work practically without permission of the course tutor. Everyone receiving treatments must comply with patch testing requirements and the results must be recorded. Students are to advise their course tutor immediately in the event of illness, mobility issues or pregnancy so that we can undertake risk assessments. Students have a responsibility to maintain health & safety.

Data Protection

Allure Beauty will keep data in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Complaints

If you are not totally satisfied with the service you receive please contact the salon manager who will endeavour to resolve your concerns immediately. If we are unable to resolve your complaint informally please put your concerns in writing and you will receive a written response within 5 business days.
