Hi 👋 I'm Kerry CEO of Allure Lash UK
Let's get to know each other
I’ve been a lash technician for 16 years. Opening my first salon in 2012 at the age of 22. We grew as a salon and in 2019 I invested in a property which needed refurbishing which we did for 18 months, we were finally ready to open in January 2020 employing 8 new members of staff, then just 1 month later COVID 19 tragically hit I was left with a huge empty salon and zero income so thats when Allure Lash UK product line started. After spending years trying many different lash brands and never finding the perfect one (or if I found what I thought was the ‘perfect lash brand’ they’d then change their supplier and the lashes were never consistent.
So after trying to find perfection I decided to put my energy into creating a super fun premium quality lash brand with affordability which now sells both nationally and internationally!

Here's my story...
How it started
I left school at 16 with little GCSEs just about winged myself into a hair & beauty college course agreeing to resit my maths and English exams. I struggled badly in both school and college because of my dyslexia but i did not let that stop me.
I studied 3 years in college giving me my NVQ Level 1 & 2. I was passionate about all things nails hair and beauty as a teenager and I knew this was my path.
When I left college I was working part time in Tesco but soon found a full time job at a spa as a hair and beauty therapist. I did everything from wash peoples hair to cutting old lady’s toe nails. I loved my job and never took anything for granted as I was extremely lucky to have the job.
1 year later I fell pregnant (with my now 15 year old daughter) and decided to take the leap in becoming self employed. I was 20 years oldd and no clue about self employment so i went to my local citizens advice bureau and got the relevant advice needed to become a registered business, which was taking a course with the Princes Trust, which helped me massively and i would highly recommend to anyone wanting to start a business. Back then everyone thought I was wild for wanting to take such a huge risk and told me it wouldn’t work because i was pregnant. Even my parents disagreed with my decisions. However i stuck with my decisions and became self employed, I quickly gained lots of clients as at that time I was the only beautician in my small town.
I quickly noticed there was a huge market for beauty and decided to open a beauty salon. I had worked long days and nights saving every single penny I earned so I was able to open my very first beauty salon.

My first salon
I was 22 years old and went full speed into my new venture. Luckily it paid it and we become a very successful salon. Then In 2018 I decided to open a bigger salon which I was able to purchase and do alot of works to the salon to make it simply beautiful a place for Barbie to live and breathe all things beauty.
I put my everything into my new salon and after 18 months of renovations to the building we finally opened 1 month before Covid forced us to closed. Which then started the world of allure lash uk wholesale products.

Months and months of trialing products. We sent hundreds of lash trays out for absolutely free to lash techs to trial and get real feedback.
I wanted to showcase my products to talented lash techs to confirm it wasn’t just me who thought WOW these products are unreal.
Fast forward to 2024 and every year since opening we have doubled our net and we continue to grow.
We have many future plans and can’t wait to take you on the journey with us, we are so grateful for our customers. Giving back is our number one priority and our feedback and reviews speaks for itself ❤️
