Shipping Policies
Next Day Delivery £5.99 – Orders will be sent with 24 hour tracked delivery with Royal Mail, must order before 2pm on weekdays or 10am on Saturdays to be delivered the next working day. Same day dispatch in these times should be guarenteed any delays with our shipping provider is out of our hands.
Standard Delivery £3.99 – Orders will be sent with 48 hour tracked delivery with Royal Mail, same day dispatch is not always guareteed as Next Day deliveries take priority but this is always aimed for. Delivery to UK can take 2-7 working days.
Free Shipping over £60 – Orders will be sent with 48 hour tracked delivery with Royal Mail, same day dispatch is not always guareteed as Next Day deliveries take priority but this is always aimed for. Delivery to UK can take 2-7 working days.
International Shipping – All orders will be sent tracked with Royal Mail, please refer to the Royal Mail website for an estimated delivery time to your destination. Prices vary subject to location. Duties and taxes are levied by Customs in the destination country and the receiver is responsible for paying them.
We are not responsible for any delays within the Royal Mail network once we have shipped the parcel. Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping on any orders if there is such delays out of our control.
- All orders made within UK Bank Holiday periods will be dispatched the following working day.
- Duties and taxes are levied by Customs in the destination country and the receiver is responsible for paying them.
- If the recipient refuses the delivery, the refund for the order will be processed after the parcel will return to the sender. Delivery fees are not refundable in this case.
- We are closed on Sundays, any orders on a Sunday will be dispatched the next working day
- Same day dispatched is aimed for but not always guarenteed
- All our parcels are tracked and once marked as delivered it is the customers responsibility to locate the parcel
- Missing parcels must be claimed through Royal Mail
Returns
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any faulty, damaged or wrong items must be stated within 48hrs of delivery and once returned and inspected a full refund or replacement should be given. We do not offer free returns so the return cost must be provided by the customer.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Collection
Orders are available to order online with the ‘collection’ option instead of delivery. Collection address is 43 Vale Street, Denbigh, LL163AH. If you order for collection by mistake or want it posting please contact us to pay the postage fee and we will send this. No orders will be posted without payment.
